Processing Time

All Kairo Energy orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $60 USD.

 

Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days (additional fee applies)

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@kairo-energy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
