Bracelet Size Guide
Every Kairo bracelet is strung to order, so you choose the wrist size rather than hoping a one-size piece fits. Two minutes with a strip of paper is all it takes.
Measure your wrist
- Cut a strip of paper about 1 cm wide, or use a soft tape measure.
- Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone — where the bracelet will actually sit. Snug, not tight.
- Mark where the end overlaps, then lay the strip flat against a ruler.
That number is your wrist measurement. Find it in the chart below.
Size chart
| Size | Your wrist | Finished bracelet | Approx. beads (8 / 10 / 12 mm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 13 – 14.5 cm (5.1 – 5.7 in) | ~14.5 – 16 cm | 19 / 15 / 13 |
| S | 14.5 – 16 cm (5.7 – 6.3 in) | ~16 – 17.5 cm | 21 / 17 / 14 |
| M | 16 – 17 cm (6.3 – 6.7 in) | ~17.5 – 18.5 cm | 22 / 18 / 15 |
| L | 17 – 18 cm (6.7 – 7.1 in) | ~18.5 – 19.5 cm | 24 / 19 / 16 |
| XL | 18 – 19.5 cm (7.1 – 7.7 in) | ~19.5 – 21 cm | 25 / 20 / 17 |
Bead counts are approximate. Because every stone is cut slightly differently, the exact count can vary by one or two beads at the same finished length.
Not sure? Choose M
Most adult wrists fall between 15 and 19 cm, and M is the most commonly ordered size. If you land exactly between two sizes, go up rather than down — a bracelet that is slightly loose still sits well, while one that is slightly tight is uncomfortable to wear all day.
How bead size changes the fit
A beaded bracelet is a polygon, not a circle, so larger beads need a little more length to feel the same on the wrist. We have already accounted for this in each size — but it is worth knowing when choosing a bead diameter:
- 6 – 8 mm — sits close to the skin. Best for slimmer wrists and for stacking several bracelets together.
- 10 mm — our most popular diameter. The best balance of presence and everyday comfort.
- 12 mm and above — a statement piece. Heavier on the wrist, and best suited to larger wrists.
Made to order
Each bracelet is strung after you order it, which is why we can offer five sizes instead of one. Please allow a little extra time before dispatch compared to a ready-made piece.
Caring for your bracelet
- Take it off before showering, swimming or exercising — soap and chlorine dull natural stone.
- Put it on last when dressing and take it off first; perfume and hairspray leave a film on the beads.
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak natural stone, pearl or wood beads.
- Roll it on and off over your hand rather than stretching the cord hard — that is what makes elastic last.
If the fit is wrong
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. If the size is not right, contact us at contact@kairo-energy.com and we will help you exchange it for the right one.
